I love books but need the kind of motivation to read that a book club would give me. I am into general fiction, mystery, fantasy, sci-fi, contemporary, classics and open to anything else. Some of my favourite books are The Secret History, Lonely Castle in the Mirror and The Kite Runner. Also love weird books like Bunny by Mona Awad. If you are relatively local and want to help start a book club/already have one let me know !!

Wanting to read a mix of genres such as fantasy, romance, thriller, and general fiction. Currently reading Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier and the 4th book in the Thursday Murder Club series.

I enjoy the classics and epics - particularly anything with mythological or religious narrative and symbolism. I also read non-fictions about these topics, often with philosophical or sociological leanings. Never been to a book club before, but would love to talk to people about these fascinating things - with what little I know and so much I could learn from others about these huge topics.
