I’ve never been in a book club before. Im in my early 60’s and live in central Oban. I read books very occasionally and would like to read regularly so joining a book club would discipline me, I would enjoy the discussion and meeting together as a group.

Oban Library Reading Group
Meets at Oban Library on Run by Brian Marden Library service We are a small friendly group of mainly learning disabled learners who meet once a week to read, chat and organise. We organise different activites to help with reading, and events to showcase what we do. We also go on the occasional \\\'study trip\\\'! The group is supported by volunteers who get involved in all aspects of the groups activities. We are currently undertaking the \\\'6 Book Challenge\\\'. We recently opened a Worled Book Night Celebration with a live performance of a sketch \\\'A Night in the Library\\\' . We meet at: Oban, Argyll and bute, PA34 4YE Accepting new members Tags adults with low level literacy
