Lucia Lulu
Hi, I’m Lulu! I’m based in Redditch and work in the healthcare field, which keeps me busy but I’ve been craving something more nourishing outside of work: meaningful conversation, community, and space to just be myself. I’ve always loved storytelling whether through books, art, or everyday moments and I’d love to connect with others who enjoy exploring ideas, characters, and perspectives through reading. I’m looking to join a book group not just to read more (though that’s a lovely bonus!), but to meet new people, have good discussions, and share something intentional with others. I’m especially open to fiction, contemporary novels, or anything with strong themes and layered characters but I’m also happy to be surprised! Really looking forward to joining and seeing where the stories and the people take me.

Bromsgrove Book Club
Meets at No3a neighbourhood bar & Eatery on Run by Bromsgrove Book Club Library service Worcestershire County Council - Libraries We are a new group for 2023 and all are welcome to attend. The plan is to meet on the third Thursday of the month for a 7pm start. We look forward to getting book lovers in Bromsgrove together to discuss books in a friendly, social setting. The books we pick will be under 400 pages long, available in paperback and predominantly focus on popular fiction Come and join us for a chat and help us select the program of books for the following months. How to find us: There will be copy of the book on the table (so you know it's us) and time to grab a drink before the discussion starts. How the group runs: Read the set book beforehand (however if you are part way through and happy to hear spoilers, please feel free to join the discussion). Have a quick think about what you liked or didn’t like about the books and why. The meeting will start at 19:00 with some brief introductions around the group and a few words about if you liked the book or not. To start things off, the organizer will raise a topic or ask a question and then the floor is then open for discussion and will move in the direction the group takes it. All views and opinions will always be respected. At 19.45 we will have a break and will finish the discussion at ~20.15, with the option to continue socializing afterwards. The meeting will end with a discussion about options for the next few books to be discussed in the following months. We meet at: 3a Stoke Rd, Aston Fields, Bromsgrove, B60 3EQ Accepting new members
