Amy
Hi, I'm a newer reader but I do love a good book. Mainly read thriller and mystery books, but love a good romance or fantasy as well. Looking to join a book club to help expand my horizons and get more book recommendations.

An avid reader of both fiction and factual/historical novels, I am looking for a local book club in which to share the joy of literature and discover recommendations for books to read from all others. My recent reads and recommendations include "The Black Angels" by Maria Smilios, "Say Nothing" by Patrick Radden Keefe, "The Secret Hours" by Mick Herron (Slow Horses author) and all of Victoria Hislop's books. Looking forward to hearing from you.

I am moving to Anglesey at the end of this month and looking to find a book club to join. I am currently member of a fabulous book club in Shrewsbury I enjoy many genres, but my preferences are generally, historical fiction and thrillers. Some of my favourite reads are: FIngersmith by Sarah Waters, All of the ken Follett trilogies, All the light we cannot see Anthony Doerr, Hamnet Maggie O'Farrell I hope to meet people with a similar love for reading to discuss different elements in the book and to support a dying reading culture
