The Cornwall Romance Book Club
If you love romance novels and want to make friends with likeminded women, then The Cornwall Romance Book Club is the group for you! Each month we choose a book (sometimes contemporary romance, other times historical or fantasy/paranormal/sci-fi) and organise a meet-up. There is never any pressure to read the book, as the meet-ups are mostly for socialising. We are a friendly, welcoming, corner of Romancelandia - and we cannot wait for you to join us! Hi, I’m Nic! I don’t read as much as I’d like, but I’m excited to join a book club to push myself, explore different perspectives, and make some new friends. I’m open to all kinds of books (nothing too niche!) and love thoughtful, respectful discussions. A relaxed group meeting maybe once a month, earlier in the day, would be perfect for me—just to see how it goes. Looking forward to connecting and discovering some great reads together!

I mostly read narrative non-fiction at the moment (history, technology, psychology, philosophy, politics, true-crime, biography), but previously read lots of fiction as well (especially speculative, historical, fantasy, sci-fi, classics). I'm fairly new to Cornwall and would like to be introduced to new work by fellow readers while meeting new and interesting people.
