As someone who missed out on the Earthsea books when I was younger, I really missed out on what would of been a favourite on par with my love for Tolkien and Brian Jacques (Redwall) The books follows a coherent theme of coming of age and how we follow the main character Ged as we see him change and witness the world and it’s people changing with him. I highly reccomend checking out these books if you love whimsical fantasy with dragons and a rich world to get lost in.

I’m a 50+ woman, an avid reader of anything recommended or discovered, except sci fi so far, but happy to keep an open mind in terms of genres. I work full time so an evening group would be ideal.
