David

Hello, I read a lot of dystopian sci fi books as well as mysteries and thrillers I'm currently reading Tender Is The Flesh by Agustina Bazterrica. It's pretty bleak and I'm not sure if I would recommend it to be honest. My favorite book I've read over the past year has been The Outsider by Stephen King. On a personal note I'm 21 and really into rock climbing at the moment.

Jennifer

Hi my name is Jenny, I’m 40 and have recently got back into ready thanks to booktok. My favourite genre is horror, gothic and folk horror. Currently working through a very long TBR list (again thanks to booktok) and would like to connect with people with similar interests to discuss the books and offer further recommendations on books.

Jennifer recommends:

Seen through the eyes of several different characters. When you feel like you know what is going to happen, you are completely taken down a different direction. A fantastic twist at the end. Read in a day and a half, very difficult to set down.
