I am a big fan of crime and historical fiction, thrillers and legal dramas. I am hoping to join a book club to meet new people and discover new books.

Chase Crime Readers Club

We are a small group of readers that enjoy crime fiction, thrillers, mystery and suspense. We meet in a local pub and are looking for other readers that would like to join us to discuss books. Please come along we would love to meet you!!

I’m 24 and I've started to get more into reading this year. I like mostly dystopian, historical, and philosophy books (if i can fully understand them lol) but I'm open to other books too. My husband and I are young 60s, who are enthusiastic book readers, looking to start a book club in the Cannock area. Our favourite genre is modern crime, mystery and thriller fiction - authors including Stuart Macbride, Steve Cavanagh, Tom Wood, Val Mcdermid and many others. Most of my friends moved away after they finished uni or aren’t the biggest readers, so hoping to make some new friends who I can chat to and get excited with about the books we’re reading.
