I’m Sydney, I’m 26 and would love to find some people I can share my book hyperfixations with. I am currently working my back through my book collection that I started collecting when I was a kid. So I’m reading a lot of teen fiction, but I enjoy most types of fiction. I’m trying to get back into reading, so having people to share it with would definitely help.

It is an amazing series, with so many great characters and a great story. I’ve loved it since I was a teenager and it’s still one of my favourites. If you like fantasy and dragons, it’s the best book to read.

Brilliant book! My first 5 star book of the year, follows Nickelodeon star who battles with abuse and an eating disorder whilst feeling lost when her abuser (her mum) dies and how to navigate adulthood. Brilliant book, a must read! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The Song of Achilles

Another book I really loved this year. Tells the Greek tragedy of Achilles and his lover Patroclus through the battle of Troy. A story of love, loss, pride, masculinity and softness. Left me (nearly) tearing up. Beautiful story of love and how it fits in lots of spaces ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I love to both read and write books. I am very into young adult fiction and hope to meet people who like similar things. I work 8am-4pm Monday to Friday so I am looking to join a club or group that meet in the evenings or at weekends.

I'm entering my thirties and still not over the fact I didn't get a letter from Hogwarts. I'm new to the Stafford area and spend a lot of my time with my nose in a good fantasy fiction or romance book. Also a huge fan of thrillers!
