Hi, I'm Lisa! I am a dual citizen (Canadian/English) who came to England in 2010 when I fell in love with my British boyfriend (and I fell in love with the UK!) I'm an avid reader and would say I read most genres but I'm not big into fantasy/sci fi. My favourite genres are thrillers, horror, romance (contemporary, historical and everything in between), Japanese literature (especially if it's about cats), general fiction and classics. I love reading, cats, Taylor Swift and cosy hobbies. I've been part of an online book club for 8 years or so but would love to meet someone nearby who shares similar interests to me. :) It would be nice to find a few people in the local area and maybe do an online book club (on messenger, facebook or discord) and if it feels like a good fit, think about meeting in person. I'm in my late 30's, looking to talk to other women who are bookworms like me!
