This series really kickstarted my reading journey this year and unashamedly has a chokehold on me! The dragons, character dynamics and cliffhangers have left me wanting more. Yes this book is not for everyone but I will recommend it, along with ACOTAR for those who want to explore Romantasy books for the first time or long standing fantasy fans.

This book transfers the reader to the “underbelly” of life as a waiter in Paris.Some of the language is crude but it accentuates the harshness of the environment.The brutal truth of working in this environment is quite thought provoking.
