Every week at lunchtime, we gather in our school library for about 30 minutes to read for pleasure. Led by Julie Carr, our library service is open to anyone to join us. Sometimes, we have as many as 50 people, sitting comfortably to share books as well as hearing someone read aloud a favorite picture book. Ms. Carr sips coffee and sometimes even finds time for a nap while reading. We decided to join Chatterbooks to help grow our club and welcome new members.
