Book clubs in Nottinghamshire

The series I'm currently reading - super gripping and leaves me really caring about the characters. The worldbuilding is innovative, intriguing and believable.

Its a nice easy read and keep you hooked, but has many twists that you never expect what is coming.

Very much beauty and the beast vibes just a little bit more grown up . You end up loving all the characters .

Love Neil Gaiman and this book is brilliant. Couldn't get into the tv series but there you go!

Completely transports and immerses you in this other world. Long book but so gripping that it doesn't feel long enough!

One of those series that you just can't forget about.

The isolation it creates in your mind. You truly are alone in this world, and the impending doom which comes with it; your species on the brink of death, with the new evolution remembering you only as a legend.

The depression, which this book creates so well. That even should one survive the cold, there is no food - and should one find nourishment, there are dangerous cannibals; that any hope which exists is temporary, and it shall die off too.
