True Story Hunter (Nottingham)
Loved reading books since I was a child. Helped me through some bad times in my life. Had long breaks away but still find my way back due to the love of emerging into history and real life stories. Really into books on all aspects of ww2. Non-Fiction only. Looking for like minded people just to generally swap information and talk about what we have learnt whilst reading

35 year old who grew up reading books non-stop! I would love to meet like minded and similar aged people who love reading and can motivate me to get back into it. My favourite genre is crime or general fiction but open to other genres. Wanting to give myself a yearly challenge of getting through a certain amount of books and would be great to do this with others!

I love escaping to other worlds in any way I can, whether that’s through reading, writing, gaming, film, and so on. I’d love to find a space where I can make some new friends, discuss fun books, and maybe stumble upon some good reads I wouldn’t have discovered on my own. I’m horror obsessed, and if there’s any horror specific book clubs about that would be a dream. I’m currently reading The Shining and can’t believe it’s taken me this long to pick up! What a ride. But I also love fantasy, lgbtq+ romance, thrillers, sci-fi, and anything fiction really!

What is your hobby? As they always ask, I have tried many things from hiking to diving even jiu jutsu, but only reading really stuck and hopefully Pilates too. I started with Sidney Sheldon coupled with Science books (with photos). Got obsessed with Neil Gaiman stories. Currently going through Cat related books by Japanese authors.
