I love reading. I recently moved to the area and was in a monthly book group where I was living before and loved it. I love classic literature especially modern , historical novels and also non fiction especially history. But I also love to talk about books with others

I am focusing on reading more frequently, and lately I have enjoyed Willa Cather's pioneer novels, Jünger's 'Eumeswil', Dick's 'The Man in the High Castle'. So there's a bit of variety there. Classic English novelists are also important to me, so, Dickens, Brontë, Austen, Stevenson, etc. I'm not really into Fantasy, but Science Fiction is of interest. On my current reading pile is more Cather, and Colette, Camus, Mann ... and lots of poetry ... It would be nice to talk to people with similar reading interests.

I have just been introduced to Colin Youngman who writes very much like LJ Ross and I’m engrossed!
