Bookscapes Norwich

Hi, I’m Soph! 📚💕 I’m so excited to be hosting the Norwich chapter of Bookscapes book club and honestly I can’t wait to meet lots of fellow book lovers & make some new book besties 🥹✨ If you love cosy vibes, yap sessions, meeting new people and getting lost in a good book, this is exactly the kind of space I want to create 💖 Whether you’re a huge reader or just trying to get back into books, everyone is welcome! Expect lots of chats about plot twists, fictional crushes, favourite tropes, laughs and probably me recommending thrillers way too much 👀📚 Our book club is on the first Wednesday of each month at 7pm at the gorgeous Courtyard Cafe on Elm Hill and I’d absolutely love for you to join us ✨ Tickets are £10, this includes your book - which will be revealed on the night to keep things fun and to surprise everyone 👀💌

Feminist Book Club

We’re a casual book club that meets once a month with the aim of bringing together all folx in a safe, welcoming space to share and listen to diverse perspectives, celebrating different backgrounds from all corners of the world and how our experiences shape the way we each interpret the stories we read. As a community we build bonds through books and conversation, creating space where everyone feels heard, respected, and free to bring their whole selves to the table. Each month, we explore books that challenge, inspire, and spark connection, always focusing on intersectional feminism, and the joy of reading together. Our book club offers both in-person and online sessions so that no one has to miss out. Our in-person sessions take place in wheelchair-accessible venues around the city, so they’re open and welcoming to everyone who wants to join us face to face. But we also know that getting into town isn’t always easy. That’s why we hold separate online sessions on a different day, giving anyone who can’t attend in person the chance to still be part of the conversation, share their thoughts, and enjoy the book with the group.

Terence

I'm a writer, and enjoy reading most types of fiction, especially European and American literature, and some non fiction. I'm based south of Norwich but could travel for the right group (or one off book!). I'm a member of the Reading America book group at the Millennium library in Norwich (5.30, 1st Wed of the month). I review books for a local zine, and on my Instagram - message me for details.
