Prestatyn Library - Monday Evening Group
Meets at Mary Hopkins on Run by Mary Hopkins Library service Denbighshire County Council - Libraries We meet 2nd Monday of the month. We are a mixed age, mixed gender, mixed ability group. The library picks a book for us to read each month, generally chosen by how many copies available! We have managed to keep going even through lockdown, meeting in the carpark opposite, or freezing outside the locked doors to celebrate Christmas! We are serious and light hearted, depending on the circumstances. We did meet at 6pm , but now meet at 4:30pm due to Covid restrictions. We have been chucked out due to the library closing and the staff wanting to go home, but always welcomed. We are welcoming, laid back, but, do have structure. Never be shy to say hello, we also understand if people are late or have to go early. This group has been running since 2009, several members have been there fro the begining. We meet at: C/o , Prestatyn Library , Prestatyn , Denbighshire, LL19 Accepting new members Tags adults with low level literacy, audio, bibliotherapy (Mood-boosting Books), Chatterbooks, ebook, English as a second language, graphic novel, lesbian, bisexual, gay, transgender
