Leamington Library Reading Group

Meets at Bath Place Community Venture on Run by Bill Ivory Library service This group has been meeting for the last 12 years and it\'s members come from a wide age range - teens to 70s. It reads very widely - fiction, biography,social history, childrens books, poetry, travelogues. Meetings are on the second Tuesday of the month, except August when it does not meet. Their is a small charge of £2.50 per person per meeting. members of the group have also taken part in a Warwickshire Library Service project to shadow the judges in their reading for the Man Booker Prize 2010 and the Orange Prize 2011 and 2012 We meet at: The Old Library, Avenue Road, Leamington spa, Warwickshire, CV31 3PR Accepting new members

Thirteen Bells Book Club

Meets at Kanko Cafe Lounge on Run by John Howes Library service Warwickshire County Council - Libraries We meet once a fortnight on Thursday mornings in the Kanko Cafe opposite Lawrence Sheriff School, Rugby, Warwickshire. We have about ten members and there are usually six or seven at the meetings - but we always have room for more. We pick a book on rotation and usually spend two meetings on it, so the reading load is not too great. Some members choose to use audio books or Kindle. We try a wide range of books from thrillers to science fiction, romance to graphic novels. Leamington Spa Book Club

Are you looking to share your love of books and make some new friends? Come join us at the Leamington Spa Book Club! We meet monthly at a convenient town centre location to discuss a wide variety of topics from different books. The Springfield Book Club

The Springfield Book Club meets weekly at 2 Southborough Terrace in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire county. Run by Rebecca Colmer of Springfield Mind and Library Service Warwickshire County Council, this group provides a welcoming environment for adults affected by mental health issues to come together and enjoy a mix of modern and classic literature. Each week, Rebecca will read an extract aloud before the group goes on to discuss it, and members are encouraged to suggest readings they have enjoyed. New members are welcome and encouraged to join. This is a bibliotherapy group, designed to promote a sense of wellbeing and connection through good literature.
