I love reading books , especially classics .Since I had my daughter 9years ago my life became very hectic and I stopped reading , however I have started doing it again since the beginning of this year and would love to join a book club where I could meet and share and discuss books read with others .

I am an (early retired) teacher. I now work sporadically on short- term educational contracts for a number of companies, mainly from Feb to June, in term-time. From late June to February I have little to no work and can feel quite lonely, so I would love to meet ike- minded people who love reading. I especially enjoy reading psychological thrillers and crime novels, although I also particularly enjoy Anne Tyler and Douglas Kennedy's novels, and I am always keen to try new authors.
