BookWyrm (Penrhyndeudraeth)

I'd like to join, maybe start, a book club with a diverse array of backgrounds and ideas. I like non-fiction as well as fiction, I particularly enjoyed 'Material World' by Ed Conway recently and am currently reading 'The Travelling Cat Chronicles' by Hiro Arikawa. I'm only interested in a group that meets in person, not via computer screens.

Sally-Anne (Porthmadog)

My partner and I recently moved into the area and i'd like to meet new people and make new friends. I am a creative writer and used to read a lot of non-fiction. I've got out of the habit of reading and i'd love to get back into books and discussion about all things books.

Fiona (Blaenau Ffestiniog)

I have lived in Wales for 2 years and want to make friends locally. I am reading far too much academic work at the moment, so reading some interesting fiction would be a wonderful change.

Fanny Price (Bangor (Gwynedd))

Looking for a book club that meets during the day in Bangor. I enjoy almost anything with a good story - except for chick lit - from classical novels to modern crime fiction.

Fanny Price recommends:

6 books which create a whole world very different from today's with wonderful characters and absorbing storylines. And they are at times very amusing.
