I’m a keen reader who enjoys discovering new authors and would like to participate in lively literary discussions with other bookworms. I have a degree in English Lit. I enjoy reading classics from the Regency and Victorian eras as well as twentieth and twenty-first century novels and poems.

I am currently member of a fabulous book club in Shrewsbury I enjoy many genres, but my preferences are generally, historical fiction and thrillers. Some of my favourite reads are: FIngersmith by Sarah Waters, All of the ken Follett trilogies, All the light we cannot see Anthony Doerr, Hamnet Maggie O'Farrell I hope to meet people with a similar love for reading to discuss different elements in the book and to support a dying reading culture
