Big sprawling historical fantasy. Harry Potter written by Jane Austen. Funny, moving, fascinating and so very well-written.

It’s an adult romance novel where the two main characters have so much back story and they’re just enchanting as a pairing. The tension builds so well through the book. Honestly anything Emily Henry writes in golden in my view, but this is one of my favourites.

This is my all-time favourite book. The narration is rather unique, I believe Eleanor may be neurodivergent but either way her view on the world and the tragic life she lives is fascinating.

Having read this during lockdown it really brought back my interest in reading, not having read for so long. It clicked with me massively being based down in Tonbridge Wells which I grew up not far from. The characters have their differences in personality which really come through on the pages. Every book in this series I've just adored!

This is what I'm currently reading! About halfway through and really loving it so far. I've never had a huge interest in Japan but the writer really makes you care about these characters, whether it's the 'real life' characters or the 'book in a book' characters. It flows wonderfully and super easy to read.

Love the style of writing and how it grips the reader. I read it in one sitting!

First of all series which I read all. Great books a bit lengthy but loved reading them all

Interesting plot and makes me happy

A great insight into life as a Korean living in japan during WW2 & the Japanese colonisation of Korea. Very informative for a novel

Even though this is a children's book, it deals with some mature themes. It is spooky, adventurous, and unique. All the characters have distinct personalities and I enjoy the representation of complicated friendships.
