It's a poetry collection about dating in the modern age. Best review I read described it as "terminally online". Savannah is great at taking moments that, should they happen to us would feel huge, and shrinking them down into broad and relatable terms. It's also just pretty vulnerable and I like that.

Having read this during lockdown it really brought back my interest in reading, not having read for so long. It clicked with me massively being based down in Tonbridge Wells which I grew up not far from. The characters have their differences in personality which really come through on the pages. Every book in this series I've just adored!

This is what I'm currently reading! About halfway through and really loving it so far. I've never had a huge interest in Japan but the writer really makes you care about these characters, whether it's the 'real life' characters or the 'book in a book' characters. It flows wonderfully and super easy to read.

It is an amazing series, with so many great characters and a great story. I’ve loved it since I was a teenager and it’s still one of my favourites. If you like fantasy and dragons, it’s the best book to read.

Brilliant book! My first 5 star book of the year, follows Nickelodeon star who battles with abuse and an eating disorder whilst feeling lost when her abuser (her mum) dies and how to navigate adulthood. Brilliant book, a must read! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Another book I really loved this year. Tells the Greek tragedy of Achilles and his lover Patroclus through the battle of Troy. A story of love, loss, pride, masculinity and softness. Left me (nearly) tearing up. Beautiful story of love and how it fits in lots of spaces ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Perfect balance of fantasy, romance, and humour

Extremely funny book about 2 graduates who meet every year with their relationship growing each time.

If you liked ‘Kite Runner’, you will definitely love this book. There is a certain rawness about the way Zoulfa has written the book, it makes you feel like you’re walking alongside the main character, cheering her on as she navigates the harshness of what life offers her. The literary realism of this book is what makes you carry on reading, not wanting to put it down as you wish for the fairytale happy ending to counteract the despondency of real life.

The world building! The character development! You truly get absorbed into the book series. Some of the instalments are length, but they are so worth it!

Such thoroughly interesting and moving characters

Throughout the whole book the descriptions on the characters, the kingdom and everything were just perfection. So many changes throughout that you just can't predict. This book is the sole reason I love to read and the best book ever!
