I'm 27, I enjoy non-fiction and fiction, but I've been trying to get into more fiction recently. I love reading, and I used to be a part of book club in my previous job, but now I'm in search of fellow book nerds.

I joined a friend of mine for her book club down in Brighton, loved it so much I’d like to join my own. Looking for other young women (I’m mid 20s) who enjoy reading and would be up for meeting to chat over brunch or something. My favourite book I’ve read this year is between All Fours, Miranda July or The Testament, Margaret Atwood.

I’m 19, looking to join a book club with my friend (see post below). We ideally want something casual and relaxed, to make new friends and have a nice activity to do together. Personally I am open to any genre but I tend to lean towards fantasies :-)

Sam

I like biographies, thrillers, classics - to be honest not many genres I don't like as long as the book is engaging. I would like to connect with others so I can chat about the books I am reading, not many in my immediate circle of friends are really into books much.

Not just the story of his life and his Italian family, but also the recipes that he occasionally puts in - I am into cooking as well.
False Alarm
by Bjorn Lomberg | Buy this book
Very intriguing book about the false advertising of climate change activists and media, full of science and alternative solutions. I've not finished it yet, but so far very eye opening.

There isn't enough time in the day to read! I'll always have a book to hand and my favourite genre completely depends on my mood. I'd love to join a book group to discuss my favourite reads but also to dig into something I might not have picked otherwise!

Hi! I’m a nursing lecturer and love to read. I’d love to be able to meet similar people in the area as I am new here. Also to push the boundaries and try books I wouldn’t necessarily gravitate towards

Hello! I'm someone who loves to dig into topics like science and philosophy, and I'm always up for a good chat about big ideas, from how the universe works to the way our minds tick. I run a local meetup where we get into all sorts of fascinating discussions. I mostly stick to non-fiction, but if a science fiction story really makes me think, I'm all for it. I'm joining this book club to meet people who also like to think deeply and maybe challenge the way I see the world.
