I'd like to expand my social circle and meet with like-minded readers. I enjoy historical fiction, fantasy, sci-fi, horror and I have recently been reading more non-fiction.

An inspiring revisit of the stereotypes that women have endured over the centuries. It made me feel a rollercoaster of emotions and helped me to be self-reflective.

Girls in their 20s

Looking for other young girls in their 20s who love reading and want to meet some people their age in the area. We meet up in Beaconsfield every 2 weeks/once a month. We read all different genres of books and some non fiction too. Just looking to build a lovely community of 20 year olds.

Looking to join a book group as I love to read in my free time. Would be great to connect with other readers in their 20s or 30s and start a group to make friends too. Open to reading all types of books: fiction, non-fiction, autobiographies, memoirs, romance, crime, etc!

The SB Book Club

We're a group of friendly people wanting to share our reading likes and dislikes once a month in a "sociable" setting - a glass of SB and a good book can only make life better...

Sue T

Hello neighbours, a couple of friends and I are setting up a book club in the Farnham Common/Gerrards Cross area and would welcome a couple more local people getting involved. The idea is to meet every 4-5 weeks, with the Chair for that month hosting the club. Hopefully be an ideal opportunity to expand your reading genres and make new friends. Please email me if you're interested. Best wishes, Sue T

The relationship formed by 2 ex-slaves with a local farmer at end of the American Civil War against a background of community hostility and violence. A powerful tale of friendship, love and bigotry.

I live in Gerrards Cross and work in Shoreditch. I’d love to find a book club in my local area to discover new books. At the moment, I read mostly history books- from the roman empire up to the cold war!

I love reading and I love meeting people and discussing ideas. I traditionally chose non-fiction books, so I’m looking forward to expanding my reading horizons, meeting new people and making friends.
