Emily

Hi there! (Bridgwater based) I’m an avid reader who’s always got a book on the go! Love an easy read as long as it grips me in the first 1/3! Live for a sports romance, cowboy romance, small town romance and will dabble in a mafia romance too as long as it’s not too scary! Horror/thriller is a big no go very much a scaredy cat!! Favourite troupes are marriage of convenience or single parent vibes but will go beyond especially if they’re part of a series! Will reread if I so much as think of a scene that happened in a book I’ve read I just can’t help but want that feeling again :D Current authors on repeat are JJ Mulder, Eden Finley, Lulu Moore! Kindle Unlimited is the best £8.50 I spend every month, but I can’t help but to buy the physical copy’s too! Shopping for books followed by a coffee and a cake in a little cafe if very much my vibe <3 Need someone to chat with get recs from who get the level of excitement I experience when I reach 80% and the break up/ get back together stage is happening!

The whole windy city series is great don’t get me wrong but this book just hits different! In most romance books the MMC is what we all strive for, but all book boyfriends are knocked out of the park by Ryan Shay honestly perfection! Sincerely a girl who has read literally 100’s of romance books and will constantly compare all men to Mr Ryan Shay he’s just happiness and care and kindness personified! Get ready to swoon!

I’m 21 and I love fantasy & spice, i absolutely love the escape it gives you from the real world. My favourite book series are a court of thorns and roses & throne of glass. I’m looking to find people who are interested in similar books and hopefully make some friends! :) I’d love to find a book club which is interested in these sort of books so we can discuss them over some snacks and a cup of tea.

Oh where to start with this book, the whole series will take you on a rollercoaster of emotions! I love the world building in this and how much you get to know the characters, feeling like you follow them through their life. I thought nothing could top my love of A court of thorns and roses but I think this did! A must read if you like fantasy.

Tom

76 year old retired College teacher with an interest in religions and cosmology, in the broadest sense. I am not a "geek" but have a curious mind which, it feels, is always searching for something to seriously engage the "why am I here?" question. I have one wife and ten children. They are my life and I am well blessed - but why and for what reason?

Although I find him a "difficult read", I sometimes wonder what he is saying exactly, reading the book left me feeling a warmth and comfort that I can only ever remember feeling as a small child at home with my parents.
