This was the first book I read as an adult and it reignited my childhood fantasy and became an exciting escape for the mix of factual and spiritual knowledge blended into this adventurous fictional tale.

It’s a magical story with so much imbued wisdom. I recommend watching “Modern Intuitionist” video on the book it’s a beautiful concept of the interconnected nature of Gods creation.

I adore this book and have read it twice as well as watched the film. My favourite thing about it is the fact it is narrated by Death which I find extremely interesting I also love the main character.

⚠️ it's a very dark read but the best I have read in a long time. A love story with extreme form of abuse, slavery and graphic murders.

It's a heart breaking-ly honest take on infatuation and young love, done in a retelling of the Trojan War. Patroclus's perspective brings all of the emotions, and each page will make you want to carry on reading, until you've finished the book in one sitting...
