I'm 20 and very recently got back into reading as an alternative to doom scrolling and killing my attention span. Recently read 1984 (loved it) and then The Handmaid's Tale (was sort of disappointed by this one) immediately after. Considering reading Dune or Farenheit 451 next. I enjoy books with political themes and Kafka, dislike romance books (not judging just not my thing).
