Hi I'm Debs, I love reading but sometimes need motivation to finish books or get into a certain genre! I love books on psychology, sci-fi, fantasy, biographies etc. My favourite book of all time is The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. In my free time, I travel a lot, I like to cook, go for walks and hikes etc

Hi, I’m Ashley, F, I love reading in my free time and I’m looking for readers like me to talk books or be part of a book club. I do a bit of writing as well (on online forums etc), but I am not published yet. I’m happy to meet virtually or in person anywhere around Hertfordshire on a regular basis. We can make it a fun day! The genres I love are; fantasy, dark romance, thriller, crime, horror, sci-fi, LGBT, classic.

Reading was something I enjoyed in the past, but for various reasons, I haven't been reading as much lately. I would love to reconnect with my favourite pastime again while meeting like-minded people. I love most fiction books except for horror and violence.

As always with Atkinson this book is beautifully written and combines some heart breaking subjects and the authors usual black humour. The book follows the life/ lives of Ursula who is re-born multiple times, each time learning from the mistakes of her previous life. A really unusual concept but brilliantly pulled off.

I am an eclectic reader and particularly enjoy books on or about travel, biographies, crime fiction, WWII history, photography, Greek and Roman classics, ... I would enjoy hearing how other readers interpret books, and would enjoy the social side of being a member of a bookclub.
