fizzymangojuice (High Wycombe)

I like literary fiction, and am getting into non-fiction at the moment. I'm interested in reading more non-fiction and translated literature, as well as trying out a more diverse range of themes. However, my main motive is to be able to discuss and be on the same page (no pun intended) as I don't know many people who read the same books I do. I'm a slow reader so I'll need more time to get through the allocated book.

Reader245 (Aylesbury)

I’m 24 years old, not been living in Buckinghamshire for very long so I haven’t really made any friends. I’ve recently just started getting into reading books and thought why not join a book club to have someone to talk to about what I’ve read and to be able to socialise.

An inspiring revisit of the stereotypes that women have endured over the centuries. It made me feel a rollercoaster of emotions and helped me to be self-reflective.
