I'm 18, about to study classics and literature at University, and looking to meet people for a book club/ book circle to discuss literature a few times a month. I'm really into sci fi, murder mystery, ya horror, dark academia, classics, and pretty much any book that can make me cry. Recent books I've loved include The Secret History, Hazelthorn by C.G.Drews, Medea, How to Survive a Horror Movie, and Red Rising.

My genres tend to change every so often but as of now, I am very interested in mysteries, I especially like when enemies or rivals have to work together because one insists on getting involved. Even so, I like fantasy, especially the cosy type, and horror, mostly ghost stories. Also wlw books, I love those but never find many.

Reading is good for me, but I find little time to do it. A book club could change this.

I love reading and would love to join a book club to make friends and discuss books! I enjoy expanding my literary palette by reading books I wouldn’t have picked myself & reading lots of different genres, so I think a book club would be a great way to do this.

I love books! Thrillers, romance and SciFi in particular. Looking to move to Tavistock soon and would like to make some new friends in preparation for this. I frequently caravan in the area so plenty of opportunities to meet up before I move!
