I love a series and this one is a great series. It's about a repressed young woman who decides to take on the world and enjoy life to the fullest. It gets her in a lot of trouble along the way, but it's an easy read for a bit of escapism.

62 years old, had been attending a central London book group near my place of work for 10 years until a change to a job in Hemel made it impractical (though I do still follow their choices). Though the group's choices have touched on the crime & sci-fi genres, they have largely centered on modern general fiction with the occasional 19th / 20th century classic. I live in the Grovehill area of Hemel, and as I have to rely on public transport, any meetings would ideally be in the Hemel Town Centre area, or nearby.
