My favourite type of books are ones where the main character is eccentric and a bit of a loner (don't know if that counts as a genre 🤷). Some of my faves are....We are all completely beside ourselves, Convenience Store Woman, Elinor Oliphant is completely fine, Remains of the day and pretty much any thing by Joanna Cannon.

30 Year old Booktok Girlie based near Rochester, Kent. I've been toying with the idea of starting or joining a book club for some time now. I assumed these usually started with a group of friends but my friends aren't big readers so hasn't really worked out. Would love some help in setting up for Women in their 20s, 30s, 40s etc to enjoy a nice glass of wine and chat about some great new reads.
