Wayward Pages: The Sandbach Chapter
Welcome to our women’s only book club in Sandbach, a relaxed and friendly Sunday afternoon gathering for anyone who loves reading and good conversation. Perfect for the ladies who can't attend a book club in the weekday evening. This is a welcoming, informal group with no pressure and no quizzes or homework – just a chance to chat about great reads, meet new people and enjoy a cosy meet in a lovely pub. We meet at The Military Arms in Sandbach! Food isn’t provided at the venue, but you’re very welcome to bring something from home or grab a bite from one of Sandbach’s lovely local eateries to enjoy during the session. Drinks of course can be provided from the bar - hot drinks are also available. Come along, discover new books, and be part of a growing community of women who love to read. Looking to join a book club or meet others who’d like to start one - in my mid 40s and looking for a light-hearted, friendly group to chat books (I particularly enjoy historical fiction or a good light hearted romance) share book recommendations and generally meeting new people with shared interests. I’m open to any setting - books over a cuppa, glass of wine maybe (?) or even a bit more active if anyone fancies walking abc talking books?!
