Hi... I love romance books(they're normally sapphic but I love m/f ones too!). I'm still finding myself and finding what i love to read - so i'm really down to read any genre. I don't have any friends who love to read so I would just love to talk about books with other people(because at the moment I rant to my cats about what I read lol) =D

I'm looking to join a book club to encourage myself to read more. I use to read lots but now find myself mindlessly scrolling through social media.. I like what I call friendly crime such as Richard Osman and Agatha Christie.

Chapters and Chatter

Chapters & Chatter is a warm, welcoming book club for readers who love great stories and even better conversation. Whether you're a casual reader or a literary enthusiast, this group is all about sharing thoughts, laughter, and maybe a few snacks. Each month, we dive into a new book—fiction, non-fiction, or anything in between—then gather to chat about themes, characters, and favorite moments. There’s no pressure, just good books, great company, and plenty of chatter.

"I’m an avid reader who loves getting lost in everything from timeless classics to contemporary gems. Nothing excites me more than a great book and a lively discussion. I’m looking to meet like-minded readers, exchange ideas, and build genuine connections over our shared passion for literature. Let’s talk books!"

It's a standalone reverse harem with some dark scenes. It's not the best written book but it's funny and I jusy genuinely enjoy it

Absolutely loved this series. It does get a little dull for a book in the middle but soooo worth finishing! Obsessed. Wished I could start it from scratch

Eleanor Oliphant is completely fine by Gail Honeyman
Eleanor Oliphant is completely fine
by Gail Honeyman | Buy this book
It's okay to break down walls built by grief and trauma. It's okay to say you're not okay. Simple acts of kindness, even by complete strangers can help you do that. I love the author's depiction of the main character in this. Eleanor is tragic yet witty, you can see she has gumption but her morbid routine stops her from doing anything positive with it. This is because she feels unworthy of anything better in life, it is fate and the help of strangers that helps her change that view of herself.

I love YA Fantasy but I made it my mission to read outside of my comfort zone this year and I've now fallen in love with cosy mysteries, whimsical light-hearted reads and a good romance!

I am obsessed with reading but especially thrillers and crime fiction at the moment but I also love contemporary fiction, translated fiction and dystopian fiction. I would love to be able to discuss the books I’m reading as not a lot of people around me read
