Kamran (Bracknell)

Hello! I'm someone who loves to dig into topics like science and philosophy, and I'm always up for a good chat about big ideas, from how the universe works to the way our minds tick. I run a local meetup where we get into all sorts of fascinating discussions. I mostly stick to non-fiction, but if a science fiction story really makes me think, I'm all for it. I'm joining this book club to meet people who also like to think deeply and maybe challenge the way I see the world.

This is a great thriller / mystery series, but what sets it apart from other books in this genre is the characters. Would highly recommend.

Bookreader199 (Reading)

I am a newly-retired woman. I love reading as a way to relax and now have more time for it! I currently read mostly fiction - new and classics but am interested in recommendations from others and new genres. Would be lovely to find a local book club and meet some other readers in Twyford, Charvil, Reading or surrounding areas.

Hiya, I'm very new to reading as a hobby so would love to get to know some people with the same interest and be able to talk about current reads together! My favourite genres so far are horror, crime thrillers and anything a bit dystopian but I'm looking to expand those horizons a little and hopefully make some friends too :)

Effie (Bracknell)

I joined a friend of mine for her book club down in Brighton, loved it so much I’d like to join my own. Looking for other young women (I’m mid 20s) who enjoy reading and would be up for meeting to chat over brunch or something. My favourite book I’ve read this year is between All Fours, Miranda July or The Testament, Margaret Atwood.
