I’m a 25 year old female in the Leeds area, and hoping to meet new people and be more social. I’ve always had a passion for books. Reading is my peace, I love a proper paperback in my hands but don’t read online/kindle. I especially enjoy series where you can follow the characters throughout. My favourite authors include Freida McFadden, Karin Slaughter, James Patterson and LJ Ross.

Leeds/Wakefield Booktok

Seeking a new group in and around Leeds/Wakefield. I read mostly booktok type books, your classic ACOTAR, TOG, the Twisted series etc! Looking to make friends and see what other people what to chip into it really!!

Hi! I’m a mum of one 9 year old girl and work full time. I got back into reading a couple of years ago and absolutely love it. Sadly I don’t have any real life friends who are also readers so nobody to discuss books with or buddy read with and I’d love to find a community of other book lovers. My preferred genres are romance (dark, romantasy, cowboys etc), fantasy (beginner level; think ACOTAR and Throne of Glass!), and thrillers. I’ll give most recommendations a go and have found some great sci-fi/horrors that I would never have read if it wasn’t for somebody else recommending!

Hey, I'm 26 and looking to get more social and make new friends. I love reading and have spent many nights promising myself "one more chapter" but it's never just one more. I usually gravitate to fantasy books about female heroins, ragtag groups, magic, dragons a touch of romance and a good old revolution. The series is incredibly long, and a very slow and difficult start, but the payoff with the world building and character drama is practically unbeatable. Please note this book may not be for anyone who is not looking to read material that covers sensitive topics and there are very visceral and uncomfortable depictions of triggering topics such as assault, PTSD, and racial discrimination. Please read the trigger warnings and proceed with caution.
