I moved to Clacton July 2022 after purchasing a flat with my partner, moving from Basildon and having no one else apart from my partner. I do a lot of fiction reading. Reading is one of the places where I can simply escape the loudness of my mind and sometimes, it's just great to immerse yourself in a different world. I do venture out to other genres, typically the only thing I don't tend to read are biographies but it isn't a firm no. I don't have any friends here, though I do love my job, but there's just lines you need to keep between yourself and your manager.
