ConnectionCraftsman (Welwyn)

I am eager to join this book club as a Craftsman. I have a passion for connecting with clients who love book clubs and would be delighted to become a member. I can consistently guide clients to your book club, acting as a valuable link. Feel free to contact me if you'd like to promote your book club in Hertfordshire. I believe it's a fantastic initiative to reduce social isolation, allowing adults to thrive and enjoy reading, engaging in discussions, and perhaps even enjoying some refreshments. It's a brilliant way to entice them to join in. Happy Reading!

Dissemination of knowledge (Hatfield)

We are born with the faculty to wonder, to comprehend everything and nothing, and to pursue wisdom. Some wonder still and see the world in awe, very curious, fascinated by everything, trying to understand an ever-changing world and its infinite spectrum. For others, the world is nothing but a habit. The former is us, the curious ones, looking and thinking, above and beyond. And the latter are in chains, beings of habit, lacking curiosity and the faculty to wonder. Reading, books, philosophy, sciences, social and natural, history and all will make you, and even the beings of habit, wonder again.

Izaz Khan (Hatfield)

The pursuit of wisdom gives meaning to one's life. I love reading books. Reading ignites ideas in one's mind. It gives you the vision, and intellect, to understand and change the world. I would love to get in touch with book-loving pursuers of wisdom to exchange thoughts and ideas with. I am interested in all types of books. However, I prefer, and love, philosophy, history, sociology, marxism, anthropology, law, existentialism, etc.

Hi, looking to join a nearby book club and connect/make friends with likeminded people. I’m a 28 year old generalist reader but recent reads have taken an end of the world theme (On the Beach, Day of the Triffids) which is fitting!
