I am a social creative person, who loves arts, crafts, my job-midwifery, and especially books! I am a libary, kindle and Audible addict! I love most genres, but have taken a deep dive into Romance. I have enjoyed fantasy before, and have found this with Romance in Rebeca Yarros 'Fourth Wing'. Some of my favourite authors are: Kennedy Ryan Abbie Zanders Rebbeca Yarros Marie James Looking for online or in person meet ups!

Kennedy Ryan is an activist through her writing... in this trilogy she explores the complex dynamics in a biracial couple. She also works through loss, and trust. There is lots of romance, and funny moments. Her characters are compelling, and after prolific reading, I carry this story close to my heart.

I am a member of a book club in New Cross but now I've moved to Orpington this is too far. I'm looking for a club that meets face to face in the evenings. Looks like there are a few people in Orpington wanting to do this but no clubs advertsiing themselves. I tried to contactSwanley book club, No response.

I used to love a good murder mystery or psychological thriller, but feel I've read so many I am very rarely excited or surprised by the plot. Looking to try new genres, but with recommendations. Nice to chit chat books over wine. Plus it would be nice to have somewhere to go mid week.
