Southborough School Book Group
This book group, aimed exclusively at boys aged 7 to 9, is based in the LRC of Southborough School, located at Hook Road, Surbiton, Kingston upon Thames, London. It is hosted every other Wednesday at lunchtime by Kate Priestley of Kingston Libraries, and is linked to the Kingston Literary Cup Schools Quiz, Kingston Youth Book Award, and Carnegie Shadowing. New members are welcome.

The book group, run by Kate Priestley, meets at Holy Cross Catholic Girls' School on Sandal Road, New Malden in Kingston upon thames, London. This is open to girls in years 8 and 9, regardless of their ability. Each year, participants are required to select a shortlist of the best new books for teenagers and then read them as a group. At Easter, the group will vote for their favorite book and nominate it for the Kingston Youth Book Award. New members are welcome to join.
