I was pleasantly surprised at how much I loved this book since it is a YA romance but it blew me away, and what bookworm/gamer doesn't love some dungeons and dragons in a book!

Dostoevsky illustrates the consequences of a moral compass founded on none religious ideals through the eyes of the protagonist Raskolnikov, who despite his almost incontrovertible damnation still finds forgiveness. Which I found quite profound
