This is a fantastic retelling of greek myths from the point of view of the witch, Circe. I found it gripping as I enjoy myths and historical fiction, but it tells the story of someone who isn't considered a hero, rather a villain!

I never usually read space/science fiction (although I do sometimes enjoy it in shows/movies), but I tried this one on Audible and it was SO good. I'm a STEM girlie so I appreciated the sciency parts of it, but more than that this was such an intriguing read because the reader discovers key parts of the main character's history at the same time as him. The tension is kept high the whole time and the characters, particularly the co-star, absolutely had my heart. This is my first recommendation whenever anyone asks me the question
