Olivia_in_a_book (Croydon)

I really enjoy reading, but sometimes I find that life gets in the way and a couple of months have passed since I last picked up a book. It would be nice to find some people to talk books with and to suggest new things to read. I don't have a specific type of book that I enjoy - I'll read anything from classics, to sci-fi to biographies.

So Late in the Day by Claire Keegan
So Late in the Day

This is a short book, but packed with emotion. It's so clever how the story is slowly revealed as the book progresses - it's so subtly done but it seems almost inevitable when you get to the end, although that's never what you would have imagined at the beginning.
